restrictions on secure encryption products keep
looking dumber and dumber. Not only are they
putting the United States behind in offering
global business-to-business services that require
secure communications, but the rules are also
pointless from a law enforcement standpoint: Any
crook bright enough to come in out of the rain is using one of the
many encrypted e-mail services for secure communications.
