Eastern Caribbean allows free movement

Islanders in the eastern Caribbean will be able to travel within their region without passports from next week. They will also be allowed to stay in other states for up to six months and will be free to own property and operate businesses.

However, one category of citizens of the OECS countries will not be allowed free movement. Several thousand people are "economic citizens" of some islands, having bought passports.
